As previously reported, Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, inaugurated the operational service of Transjabodetabek route PIK 2 - Blok M or T31 at PIK 2 Bus Stop on Thursday (5/22).

This service is clearly very helpful

The launch of this operation was welcomed enthusiastically by many . As expressed by Yadi (28), a resident of Tangerang who works in PIK, he conveyed his gratitude for this new route.

"This service is clearly very helpful, especially for residents of apartments or clusters who work in Blok M area or its surroundings," he expressed.

He, who previously often rode a motorbike for his mobility, feels helped. Moreover, the service hours extend until the evening, especially for workers on shift schedules.

The same enthusiasm also came from a resident of Teluk Naga, Iwan (30), who works in security in PIK area.

"This is very helpful. Moreover, the distance between PIK 1 and PIK 2 is strategic for avoiding traffic jams. Its residents definitely feel safe and comfortable," he admitted.

While, an Office Employee in Blok M area, South Jakarta, Arief Budiman (22) who live in the Tokyo Riverside PIK 2 Apartments also experienced this new service. It greatly facilitated the community's activities

"It makes it very easy for us to be active, especially for work. I feel comfortable after using the Transjabodetabek services,"  he expressed.

He admitted that he had been experiencing difficulties because there was no direct transportation route from PIK 2 to Blok M. He has had to use online taxis at a cost of up to Rp 100,000 one way.

With the Transjabodetabek fare of only Rp 3,500, he felt very assisted in terms of cost and time efficiency.

"Usually, from Blok M, I only take an online taxi once and spent money by Rp 100,000. But, this is only Rp 3,500, very cheap indeed," he admitted.

He hoped that this could continue to improve in quality, especially in terms of comfort and cleanliness of the fleet.
