He admitted that he had been experiencing difficulties because there was no direct transportation route from PIK 2 to Blok M. He has had to use online taxis at a cost of up to Rp 100,000 one way.
With the Transjabodetabek fare of only Rp 3,500, he felt very assisted in terms of cost and time efficiency.
"Usually, from Blok M, I only take an online taxi once and spent money by Rp 100,000. But, this is only Rp 3,500, very cheap indeed," he admitted.
He hoped that this could continue to improve in quality, especially in terms of comfort and cleanliness of the fleet.
